That being said, why are Americans so reluctant to buy frozen fish? It all boils down to a misconception. There’s this innate belief that anything frozen must have stayed in that state for months, hence all the freshness and flavor seeped through the ice a long time ago!

In fact, frozen seafood, particularly fish, offers immense benefits that many are mission out on! So here are some of the reasons why you should incorporate frozen fish regularly into your diet.
